Wero New Zealand Mānuka Honey are very proud to be doing what we are in the NZ honey industry. We are a Māori/indigenous whānau (family) owned & operated business who strives to put our authentic blend of Mānuka honey, the beautiful Wairarapa, Māori culture, our local people and our beautiful whenua (land) on a global platform.
Wero was born in 2017 when Paddy & Charmaine Mason had a passionate vision to create delicious Mānuka honey whilst providing opportunities, resources, training and employment to their local community.
Fast forward to the present and Paddy, Charmaine and the Wero whanau (family) are beyond proud to now have an established business that will continue to grow and evolve. At were we strive to create and maintain our original vision of a unique sustainable brand with our Authentic Mānuka Honey on the International Market.

Authentic Mānuka Honey
We care for our hardworking bees in rural locations across beautiful Aotearoa. Our team collects the honeycomb with utmost care, ensuring the bees' well-being. The honey is then separated and rigorously tested for quality, meeting our high standards. It is stored in a temperature-controlled room for 12-18 months to enhance taste, quality, and MGO content.
Wero honey undergoes independent testing by accredited laboratories, ensuring its exceptional quality. We believe in independent quality testing for all Wero products to ensure your satisfaction. Natural markers in the honey determine the jar and quality label, providing you with a delightful experience.
Our delicious Wero honey is carefully packaged in jars made in New Zealand from BPA-free recycled materials, guaranteeing safe delivery for you to savor.
